Friday, September 23

      • 4:30pm - 6:30pm - Pork BBQ Dinner
     • 6:00pm - Live Auction Begins (Vacation Packages, Events, Teacher Experiences, Desserts, Class Baskets & More)
     • 6:45pm - Middle School Gaga ball Tournament ($5 per player or $20 per team) (4 players per team - 1 may be older than middle school age)
     • 7:00pm - 7:30pm (approximate) - Elementary Class Baskets and Teacher Experiences


Saturday, September 24

     • 7:30am - 9:30am - Buffet Breakfast

  • 9:00am  - Live Auction Continues (Tools, Home Decor, Outdoor Equipment, etc)

     • 9:30am - 12:00pm - Kids Festival ($5 per child) 

               • Kids "Busy Bags" availble for purchase ($5) on Friday and Saturday ($12 value) 

     • 10:30am - Sports Memorabilia

     • 11:00am - Cornhole Registration Begins

     • 12:00pm - Cornhole Bags Fly

     • 1:00pm  - Silent Auction and Favorite Thing Auction Closes
